“America’s oldest continuously operating theater.”

October 1, 2020 – The Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel programming through the end of 2020 due to COVID-19 and restrictions placed upon performance art venues. The restrictions include a capacity limit of 15% which would only allow 75 patrons in the theatre’s 500+ seat venue. As difficult as this decision was, the Majestic Theatre is committed to protecting the health of the community, patrons, performers, and volunteers. The Board is in contact with performers and will continue to post updates through the website and its Facebook Page.

October 1, 2020 – A new MATCH CHALLENGE has been presented to the Board of Directors to help operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A Challenge to match $5,000! We need your help again to help make this match challenge successful. Click “Make a Donation” below or mail a check to the Majestic Theatre at 230 N. Plaza Blvd., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
