LOST & FOUND POLICY
We understand that items are sometimes misplaced during performances and events. The Majestic Theatre is happy to assist guests in recovering lost items when possible.
What to Know:
- Guests who believe they may have lost an item should visit the concession stand or front-of-house staff for assistance.
- Guests who realize an item is missing after leaving the theatre are encouraged to contact the theatre during regular business hours to inquire about lost & found.

- Claiming an item will require:
- Guests to accurately describe the item.
- Identification may be required.
- Items will be released once ownership can be reasonably confirmed.
- Storage & Retention
- Lost items are stored securely by the theatre.Items are held for up to 30 days from the date they are found.
- Unclaimed items may be donated, securely destroyed, or discarded after the retention period.

The Majestic Theatre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lost & Found services are provided as a courtesy to our guests.
